PowerTap, operated by GYMLIFEAI LLC, doing business as West Texas AI / PowerTap (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects the following information when you use our service:

• Name and email address provided during site activation
• Phone number (if provided) for SMS session notifications
• Payment information processed securely through Stripe
• Session activity data (activation time, duration, site number)
• Session duration, activation time, and site location
• SMS opt-in consent records including timestamp, method, and phone number

2. How We Use Your Information

• Process payments for site reservations and service charges
• Send transactional SMS notifications about your active session (activation confirmation, session end summary, status alerts)
• Send email receipts and charge statements
• Provide session status information
• Enable park operators to manage their properties
• Maintain records of consent for regulatory compliance

3. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy

By providing your phone number during session activation and checking the consent box, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from PowerTap regarding your energy session. These messages include session activation confirmations, session end notifications with charge summaries, and system status updates.

Message frequency varies based on your session activity (typically 2-4 messages per session). Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. After you opt out, we will remove your number from our messaging list within 24 hours and send a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can rejoin at any time by starting a new session and providing your phone number again.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary for aggregators and providers of the text message services used to deliver your session notifications.

4. Payment Information

Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details on our servers. Your payment method is securely tokenized by Stripe and may be used for automatic billing at checkout as described in our Terms of Service.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers as necessary to operate PowerTap:

• Stripe for payment processing
• Twilio for SMS delivery
• Resend for email delivery
• The RV park operator for session information related to your stay

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except as required for aggregators and providers of the text message services.

6. Data Retention

Session data is retained for accounting and billing purposes for a period of three (3) years. SMS consent records are retained for the duration of your opt-in plus two (2) years for regulatory compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), secure authentication, row-level security on our database, and encrypted data storage to protect your information. Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

8. Your Rights
